This Holden HK GTS Monaro Tribute, finished in iconic Warwick Yellow, is the ultimate combination of legendary Aussie muscle and serious modern performance.
At the heart of this beast sits a supercharged 5.7L LS1, producing an impressive 600 horsepower. An upgraded camshaft and supporting mods help this LS1 make serious power, while custom stainless steel extractors and a custom stainless steel exhaust system give this Monaro the sound and presence to match.
Backing up the power is a 4L60 4 speed automatic transmission, paired with a high stall converter and TCI shifter. The combination is designed to put the power down hard while retaining the drivability expected from a modern performance build.
Underneath, this HK has been transformed with a Rodtech independent front end and coilover suspension, delivering a seriously tough stance while improving handling and control. Power steering makes cruising and manoeuvring effortless, while stainless steel suspension arms add both strength and serious attention to detail.
Out back, the setup is just as serious. A Strange shortened 9 inch diff with 31 spline billet axles provides the strength needed to handle the Blown LS1, while Gazzard Brothers tramp rods help keep everything planted when the throttle is opened.
Sitting on Weld V Series wheels, with 17’s up front and 15x8 rears wrapped in 255 wide Pro Street radial tyres, this HK GTS has the perfect combination of classic muscle car attitude and modern street machine aggression.
