TUFF STREETERS GIFT CARD - TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions apply to all Tuff Streeters Gift Cards purchased from Tuff Streeters.
1. Gift Card Inclusions
Each Tuff Streeters Gift Card provides the holder with a specified number of entries into one (1) eligible Tuff Streeters giveaway of the holder's choice.
The available Gift Cards are:
$50 Silver Gift Card — 15,000 entries
$100 Gold Gift Card — 40,000 entries
$150 Platinum Gift Card — 75,000 entries
$300 King Gift Card — 175,000 entries
$500 Outlaw Gift Card — 350,000 entries
All Gift Cards are issued digitally and delivered via email.
2. Eligibility
Gift Cards are available to Australian residents only, excluding residents of South Australia.
Gift Cards may only be redeemed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
The recipient of a Gift Card must satisfy any eligibility requirements applicable to the particular giveaway into which the Gift Card is being redeemed.
Tuff Streeters reserve the right to verify eligibility where required.
3. Gift Card Delivery
Gift Cards are delivered digitally to the email address provided at checkout.
Customers should ensure that the email address entered during checkout is correct.
Delivery may take up to 48 hours during peak periods.
Customers should check their junk or spam folders if their Gift Card has not appeared in their inbox.
4. Gift Card Redemption
Gift Cards may be redeemed through the main Tuff Streeters giveaway page during checkout.
Each Gift Card must be redeemed in full in a single transaction.
The entries associated with a Gift Card cannot be divided between multiple giveaways.
A Gift Card cannot be used to purchase entries into multiple giveaways.
Once redeemed, the applicable number of entries will be allocated to the selected giveaway.
Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase merchandise, monthly subscriptions or other products or services unless expressly stated otherwise by Tuff Streeters.
5. Membership Accounts
For existing Tuff Streeters members:
Entries obtained through a Gift Card will be added to the member's portal under "Single Entries".
The email address used during Gift Card redemption must be linked to the relevant Tuff Streeters membership account.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the correct email address is used when redeeming their Gift Card.
For non-members:
Entry confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during checkout shortly after purchase.
Customers should check their junk or spam folders if the confirmation email has not been received.
If confirmation has not been received, customers may contact admin@tuffstreeters.com.au for assistance.
6. Validity and Expiry
Tuff Streeters Gift Cards are valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase.
Gift Cards cannot be redeemed after their expiry date.
Any unused Gift Card balance or entitlements will be forfeited upon expiry.
7. Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Tuff Streeters Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-returnable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, another denomination or any other form of tender.
Once a Gift Card has been redeemed, the associated entries cannot be cancelled, transferred or exchanged, except where required by law.
8. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Gift Cards
Tuff Streeters is not responsible for Gift Cards that are lost, stolen or damaged and, subject to any rights available under Australian Consumer Law, may be unable to replace or reissue them.
Customers are responsible for keeping their Gift Card and associated email secure.
9. Giveaway Entries
Gift Card entries can only be allocated to one (1) single Tuff Streeters giveaway.
The number of entries allocated is determined by the Gift Card denomination purchased.
Once entries have been allocated to a giveaway, they are subject to the terms and conditions, eligibility requirements and closing date of that particular giveaway.
Gift Card holders do not receive any additional entries beyond those specified for their Gift Card.
10. Changes and Cancellation
Tuff Streeters reserves the right to amend these Gift Card Terms and Conditions where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under Australian Consumer Law.
